Amanda has lived in Ohio her whole life, growing up in Cincinnati and graduating from Ohio University – Go Bobcats! She discovered her passion for helping people find their career passions at an early age, becoming the career counselor to her friends and helping them find their passion. As an “odd one” who knew this was the career for her, Amanda went to college for psychology and has spent all of her years in the talent development space, driven by her focus on the growth and success of the individual as part of the organization.

Expertise

Amanda’s areas of expertise align with areas of the talent development industry, spending her time in developing learning programs, defining talent development strategy, driving business metric success through their people, and individual success through coaching. She has spent time in the community services space, telecommunications, and technology, as well as union and nonunion environments. Working with customer-facing sales and support roles through internal support systems targeting the employee experience, Amanda has a unique lens when looking at larger organizational strategies and systems.

Key Accomplishments

  • Achieved Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) 2015
  • Earned Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and Voices 360 Coach certifications in 2016
  • Completed requirements for Wiley Everything DiSC® Partner status in 2020
