In order to administer medical plan eligibility going forward, the Company has decided to use the ACA compliant standards described below for tracking, measuring, and reporting employee hours to determine who will be offered medical plan coverage.
Eligibility
All employees who qualify as ACA full-time employees (FTEs) become eligible to elect medical benefits through the Company's health plan. You qualify as an FTE if you average 30 or more hours per week during a measurement period. The timeframe and method for measuring your average hours per week is described in greater detail in the following paragraphs.
