I acknowledge that I may at times use the company credit card or calling card for personal use, at that time I will allow (company name) to deduct said amount from my expenses due to me.
Reconciliation will be done at month end. If there are insufficient funds in my expenses due to me, I agree to write a personal check to (company name) for the difference outstanding. I may also elect to have (company name) deduct said amount from my monthly payroll check.
