    The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to describe how MRA - The Management Association, Inc. (MRA) collects, uses, and shares information about you through our website located at www.mranet.org (collectively referred to herein as the “Site”). This Privacy Policy also covers MRA’s policies and commitment to your privacy in connection with MRA’s non-background screening services, including its communications and interactions with you. MRA maintains a separate Privacy Policy pertaining to its background screening services, which is available here. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand our information-handling practices.     Personal Information You Provide To Us:

    (ii) where we respond to any interaction with you on social media, your account name/handle may be viewable by any and all members or users of our social media accounts. Social media platforms operate independently from MRA and we are not responsible for the personal information that you choose to submit or link on any social media platform. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and settings of any social media platform with which you interact to help you understand their privacy practices.

    No Information From Children Under Age 13:

    If you are under the age of 13, please do not attempt to register with us at this Site or provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will promptly delete that information. We may provide your information to third parties to help host our Site, including features on our site such as our webstore and APIs, as well as vendors who assist with Site analytics.
