Customer service and teamwork have always been a passion of Chelsea’s. Her career in customer service started 13 years ago as a daycare teacher/assistant director. She strives to build bonds and relationships every day with the members she serves. Chelsea takes pride in knowing members can reach out to her when they have a question or a concern when it comes to their training needs.

Expertise

In Chelsea’s position, she likes to say she wears multiple hats and she loves it! She helps with the members’ needs for training/ registrations/room rentals, and she lends support to her coworkers when necessary. Chelsea makes sure that her staff has the supplies needed to do their job effectively on a day-to-day basis. She enjoys helping at events and meeting members in person—putting faces to the names she talks to every day!

Education

Bachelor of Science in Education (K-3) from Miami University.

Professional and Community Activities

Chelsea’s hobbies include traveling with her husband, watching the Cincinnati Bengals dominate football, spoiling their fur baby Roxie, reading, and taking spin classes!
