Shannon is a teacher and motivator with a true passion to help others become educated and inspired to lead with true authenticity. She was honored to participate in a series a former company conducted on the ‘True North’ program. A comprehensive program for leadership on how to follow your compass to become an authentic leader. The program changed her life in not only confirming her motivation in transparency, but in evolving her leadership to true authenticity.

Shannon has 32 years of experience in the financial industry, banking, and retail sales. Strong leadership skills for 30 years exercised in project management as well as achieving team initiatives with skill sets range from financial fitness, executive management, motivational development, leadership coaching, and sales training.
