Milt is a positive, high-energy person. Not only does he teach the 3 F’s (friendly, firm, fair) to supervisors, but he uses the concept in his everyday life. He is firm when it comes to life, family, and friends’ decisions. He prides himself on being fair and friendly with everyone he encounters.

Expertise

Milt’s expertise is in manufacturing, supply chain management, worldwide logistics, and human resources. As an adjunct professor at a university, he provided realistic examples in the subject areas, which enhanced the students’ learning experience. Milt is an entrepreneur; he owns a real estate investment company.

Key Accomplishments

  • Led a commodity team in the implementation strategy for global outsourcing, generating a $10 million cost savings for the organization
  • Provided leadership and coaching to managers to ensure consistent application of HR tools, policies, and processes for 1,100 employees
  • Led and directed relocation and fleet service teams and their activities for the U.S. and Canada
  • Received military medals for Operation Just Cause and Operation Desert Storm

Education

Milt earned an MBA from Kent State University in Ohio, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Professional and Community Activities

Milt is the treasurer for the Twin Torch Foundation and financial secretary for the local chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
