Expertise

Customer service is my world. I have been working in customer service for the past 9 years in many different industries and have developed great interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Previously, I was MRA’s Member Ambassador at our Waukesha location. In this position, I was the go-to for several situations requiring me to serve members and help to solve their problems. My active listening and communication skills allowed me to navigate any issue. I learned a lot about MRA and our members through my previous role and I continue to be engaged with our members in the Conference Center.
