Jennifer is a manager in the Equal Employment Opportunity & Affirmative Action Services department. A human resource generalist, Jennifer has proven abilities in a wide range of human resource functions, including recruitment and employment, policy development and implementation, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and presentation of supervisory training programs. This broad experience allows Jennifer to expand her role with member organizations, providing services in a variety of human resources areas in addition to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity.
- Assisted member organizations in all aspects of affirmative action and equal opportunity issues, including developing of affirmative action plans, implementing techniques for successful affirmative action programs and audit preparation, addressing equal employment opportunity issues, and conducting unlawful harassment training.
Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
