Passionate about people and growth, Brittany loves meeting people where they are and helping them get where they want to be. She leans into the experiences of participants and uses a conversational and collaborative approach to guide others as they problem-solve and develop their leadership styles. Brittany is excited to bring her passion and natural optimism to our members to help energize organizations and individuals as they navigate leadership and life.

Expertise

Brittany brings over 16 years of corporate knowledge and experience to our members. Her expertise in relationship building, operations, and marketing has served her well as she has helped organizations develop and implement initiatives in the areas of DEI, learning and development, and experiential marketing, to name a few.

Key Accomplishments

  • Co-created and project-managed a customer-facing, end-to-end product playbook
  • Developed an internal business operations dashboard to track key metrics specific to experiential marketing
  • Managed cross-functional collaboration efforts aimed at strategically increasing brand awareness, sales growth, product training, and DEI efforts

Education

  • Bachelor of Arts degree in communications with Spanish as a dual major and philosophy as a minor from the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

Professional and Community Activities

Brittany has served as director of member engagement for the Greater Cincinnati Association for Talent Development; has participated in multiple Habitat for Humanity builds as well as community cleanup days in partnership with Keep Cincinnati Beautiful; participated in the planning and execution of the SPARK fundraising event for the Boys and Girls Club of Dayton, Ohio (which raised $600,000 for the BGCD); and is a lifetime member of Sigma Kappa Sorority.
