Anna has a background in talent management, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and management training. She is a detail-oriented, adaptable leader with a strong ability to handle multiple projects while providing valuable internal customer service.

Key Accomplishments

• Established the HR department for a growing manufacturing company; streamlined processes which led to increased employee engagement and retention
• Developed and implemented a performance management program, including performance reviews, performance improvement forms, and management training
• Created HR procedure manuals, and conducted job description and employee handbook audits for multi-state employers

Education

Anna earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in psychology with a minor in business from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois.
