The roles throughout Andrea's career have had a common theme of helping others: from her first job with a nonprofi t organization in Cleveland that helped low-income students to pursue and afford higher education, to her work in corporate philanthropy, creating opportunities for business professionals to contribute in their local communities, Andrea has always been passionate about making an impact. In her current role as a Recruiting Business Partner for MRA, she is able to connect individuals seeking meaningful employment to MRA's members in need of great talent. She lives by the "Golden Rule," treat others as you wish to be treated. This guides her approach to her personal and professional relationships, so you can expect Andrea to be very communicative, open-minded and empathetic.

Andrea has worked in recruitment since 2016, and appreciates the variety that comes with supporting MRA's members. Having also worked in employee engagement for over five years, she has a particular interest in the candidate and employee experience, as she recognizes how crucial initial impressions can be to overall retention and satisfaction. In her role as a Recruiting Business Partner, Andrea enjoys getting to know both members and candidates, and takes pride in providing a positive experience to anyone with whom she works.
