Prior to joining MRA, Amy spent over 15 years as an HR Practitioner in generalist and leadership roles for manufacturing, healthcare and service industries in multiple states. She has broad expertise and knowledge in recruitment & onboarding, training & development, employee relations & investigations, and compensation & employee benefits. Amy is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
- Site human resources business partner responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and effectively communicating corporate policies and procedures while collaborating with all levels of employees to develop a culture of accountability.
- Implemented a performance management system which included system design, goal setting, creating and delivering training to managers and employees.
- Consulted and provided recommendations to managers on complex employee relations situations including corrective actions, performance improvement plans, terminations, investigations, and reductions in force.
Amy has a bachelor’s degree in human resources and marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
