Stephanie always knew she wanted to help others but wasn’t exactly sure how. When she was taking classes to earn her business administration degree in college, she knew she wanted to pursue a career in human resources after taking an HR class. After earning her college degree, she started her HR career at a manufacturing business. At MRA, she enjoys creating new relationships with members, supporting them, and delivering results.

Stephanie is a dedicated HR professional with over 15 years of experience in human resources. She is skilled in affirmative action, employee relations, benefits, employment law, FMLA, and full-cycle recruitment. She is focused on delivering efficient results while maintaining quality and accuracy, taking a member-centric approach in all that she does. Her ability to effectively manage her time, inner drive, and ability to handle multiple priorities has been attributed to her strong work ethic.
