Our greatest freedom is the freedom to choose our attitude.Victor Frankl
In the classroom, Jodi thinks of herself as a coach. Her role is to show people how new ideas and techniques can help them improve their own work and to provide practical, controlled ways to practice the idea or technique. For example, when people begin to ask questions and to share with each other during a class, she knows they will successfully apply what they have learned.
