Linda enjoys working jointly with members to create and implement strategies that apply to each unique company’s business situation. Given her diverse range of experience, she is adept at working with a wide range of organizations to develop and manage total compensation programs for all employee groups.
Expertise
Linda’s expertise covers a broad range of compensation plans including base compensation, management, nonmanagement and sales incentive plans, executive and board of director compensation, and equity plans. Linda’s 20 plus years of compensation experience include working with small, private companies and large, public, multinational firms in industries ranging from high technology and financial services to general manufacturing, retail, and healthcare.
Linda also works with members to evaluate and design time-off programs. She has specific expertise working with organizations to transition from traditional vacation and sick plans to paid time-off plans (PTO). Linda enjoys collaborating with members facing challenging plan transition issues to identify effective means to address these issues.
Prior to joining MRA, Linda was a corporate compensation manager for a large public high tech firm, responsible for the design and administration of companywide domestic and international compensation programs.

Education
Linda received a master’s degree in industrial relations from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, Minnesota.
