Expertise
Tim has worked in human resources for almost 25 years across multiple HR disciplines, with most of his time in compensation/ total rewards. Tim has extensive experience in base pay management, incentive plan design, and executive compensation. His industry experience includes nonprofit, insurance/financial services, health care, and manufacturing—in both privately held and publicly traded companies. Tim also owned/managed a total rewards consulting firm from 2018 to 2021.
