Paula is passionate about making members feel important, and that their needs, whether big or small, should be resolved in a timely manner. Having a strong background in both research and customer service, she is dedicated to members to make sure they receive the compensation and benefits data they desire to keep member companies competitive in the marketplace.
Expertise
Paula has a background in market research. Members who request custom research, which can pertain to almost any subject, receive Paula’s expertise in questionnaire programming and project coordination. She has experience as a project supervisor for both quantitative and qualitative research projects at one of the largest market research firms in the country. Additionally, she was a market research analyst at a Fortune 500 manufacturer.

Paula received a bachelor’s degree in advertising with a minor in writing from Western Kentucky University.
