Whether you think you can, or think you can’t—you’re right.Henry Ford
Michelle believes in addressing the issues of every individual and each company as unique to their goals and needs. The term “cookie cutter” isn’t in her vocabulary (unless actually baking). With that philosophy in her pocket, Michelle continues to take special care to learn about MRA member companies’ specific challenges and helps them identify solutions that meet their needs.
Expertise
Michelle currently works in a specialist role, but during much of her career she functioned as a human resources generalist in manufacturing, scientific, and printing companies. One of her responsibilities was ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including those for federal contractors. This special focus provided Michelle with extensive experience in affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. She is also knowledgeable in a wide range of human resources functions such as management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, recruitment, compliance, development and delivery of training programs, organizational change, and safety. Her broad experience enables Michelle to assist member organizations with a variety of human resources issues in addition to affirmative action and equal employment opportunity planning.
