Lea Anne is an HR professional with a passion for helping businesses prosper by maximizing their human capital through development, empowering staff, and streamlining processes. She strongly believes that to be successful we need to keep the “human” in human resources. When Lea Anne is not collaborating to build better teams, she is traveling across the country training and showing dogs for people.

Key Accomplishments

• Built a successful HR department from the ground up for a local financial institution
• Created and delivered financial literacy programs to local high schools and universities, which lead to her joining the financial advisory board at Ohio Dominican University
