Katie has over 15 years of human resources experience serving in various generalist, business partner, and specialist roles. She has worked in both private and public sector industries in union and nonunion environments. Katie has focused her career on compensation in the last 5 years. She has also enjoyed roles gaining expertise in benefits and HRIS systems. Katie holds certifications in PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and a SHRM-CP certification (Society for Human Resource Management certified professional).
