In her 20+ years, Denise has learned that “what you do is what counts” and has made the above quote a mainstay in her learning and development strategy. “Patience” is the word that has been used to describe Denise. Denise brings her experience as a high school teacher in the Minneapolis Public Schools, a post-secondary teacher in the cosmetology trade industry, and presenting and facilitating large groups around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategy and implementation. Denise is known for bringing her wit, approachable personality and seasoned perspective to every learning environment.
