As a Survey Data Analyst, Cheryl is responsible for reviewing data for wage and salary surveys and custom surveys. Not only does she take the necessary quality control steps with data, but she is also often referred to as MRA’s “survey guru” because of her friendly, helpful communication style. Cheryl has an uncanny ability to spot interesting findings, contradictions, and insights. She brings extraordinary attention to detail to every project. With her “can do” attitude and passion for delivering accurate and insightful wage, salary, and benefits data, organizations are confident that they are receiving the insights necessary to attract and retain talent.
Expertise
Cheryl programs questionnaires, organizes data, and prepares data for analysis. She is involved with the publication of MRA’s core Wage and Salary surveys as well as custom wage and benefit surveys. This includes working with survey data in state-of-the-art web-based survey software and Excel. Her strong customer service skills serve her well as she responds to incoming requests and questions from MRA members. Because Cheryl has over 20 years of successful experience in human resources, administrative and customer service support, she is able to put herself in the shoes of each member, providing both empathy and resolution of issues.
