Beth lives and works by the “3 P” philosophy: perseverance, positivity, and people centered. Beth’s glass is always half full with a can-do attitude. Her love of people led her career path to human resources.
Expertise
Beth worked in the financial services industry, where she worked at both state and national credit union associations in product development. She then gained her practical HR experience through her positions as vice president of member services at a large credit union, where she oversaw a department of 150 people, and as president/CEO of a small credit union. Beth then became a solo HR professional in the health care industry, where she was all things HR to over 200 employees.

Education
Beth earned an Associate in Arts degree in accounting from Bryant & Stratton College and continued her education toward a Bachelor of Arts in business administration with a minor in economics.
