With a background in nursing, she transitioned into entrepreneurship by joining and eventually owning a successful family business of 250 employees before its sale. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, financial management, organizational culture, conflict resolution and team development. Her servant leadership style combined with a down-to-earth, relatable personality equip her to foster authentic connections with her clients.

Professional and Community Activities
Amy loves spending time with her family, hiking, and traveling. She is an active volunteer in her church and in the community. Amy is also involved with UW–Madison Extension as a business mentor for their Entrepenurer In Training Program for incarcerated women. She was an active member of a CEO roundtable and lead community outreach programs during her tenure as a business owner.
