Labor Relations Director
Labor Relations
Labor Relations is a little like making sausage. It’s messy, and not everyone has the stomach for the process. But done properly, the result can be very satisfying.”

Simply put, Scott enjoys the challenges and variety involved in the labor relations process. He has an excellent record of meeting member objectives and does so in a manner that helps avoid unnecessary disruptions to the organization. His calm and deliberate approach helps members keep focused on the objectives and not become distracted by the “noise” that frequently comes with labor relations issues.

Scott’s success in the labor relations arena has its roots in more than 30 years of labor relations experience and his keen ability to communicate complex and sensitive issues on behalf of his clients. Scott provides labor relations expertise to employers in all sectors, including contract negotiations and administration, grievance and arbitration representation, unfair labor practice charge representation, training workshops, phone consultation, and government regulation compliance. Prior to joining MRA, Scott was a private consultant in labor relations for 25 years and spent two years teaching high school in Green Bay.
