The value of great people was instilled at an early age as Emily would visit retail stores that her dad managed. This set a foundation for a future in HR and what strong leadership looks like and the impact it can have on employees. Described as a people person, Emily has not met a person she cannot relate to on some level. Working in human resources and recruiting has allowed her to spend her time doing what she loves—relating to and working with people.
With over 10 years of progressive human resources experience, Emily has been able to become proficient in all facets of HR. Her background includes talent acquisition, employee/labor relations, performance/talent management, and recruiting. A focus Emily has is working to understand the culture of the business, and driving success through its people, knowing they are the biggest asset.
