With a background that includes strategic and tactical integrated marketing planning, brand development, and project management, Ann’s career spans more than 10 years of marketing and communication experience. At MRA she drives the marketing strategy for the vast array of member services and manages and executes all aspects of marketing communications--all while keeping keenly aware of the voice of the member. Ann firmly believes that the best internal solutions result from a member-centric approach.
- Created and implemented the marketing integration and brand transition strategy for MRA’s Minnesota division.
- Contributed to the development and execution of the marketing strategy for MRA’s multiple lines of business services.

Ann received a bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota, with a marketing management major and communication studies minor. She holds an associate’s degree in paralegal studies from Inver Hills Community College, Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
Professional and Community Activities
Ann is serving her second term as president of the Minnesota Chapter of the American Marketing Association, the 9th largest U.S. marketing association. She also volunteers for the Intercongregation Communities Association (ICA), a local food shelf.
