Take away my people, but leave my factories, and soon grass will grow on the factory floors. Take away my factories, but leave my people, and soon we will have a new and better factory.”

Anita deeply believes that inviting workers at all levels to care for the success and sustainability of their companies is both possible and transformative, that leadership priorities include nurturing trusting partnerships with team members, and that people are wired to want to help each other. Engaging employees requires strategic and deliberate actions, and Anita is motivated to share best practices for accomplishing just that. Investing time to create internal collaborations opens opportunities for leaders to mindfully tap into the wisdom of their teams.
