Leadership is not loud and boastful. It is quiet and impactful."
Mary Frances Winters

Former colleagues describe Andrea as "a ray of sunshine" and "the glue that holds the team together." While Andrea understands the importance of holding people accountable and has solid business sense to see the big picture within an organization, she also has the skill to practice empathy and listens attentively to help organizations improve communication and foster collaboration. These traits help Andrea achieve her mission of leaving each place better off than when she arrived.

Expertise

With over 16 years of progressive human resource experience, Andrea has worked in diverse manufacturing industries covering health science, food, plastics and metal fabrication. She has supported members in healthcare and service industries as well. Nearly 10 of those years were spent within unionized environments – mediating employee relations, resolving grievances and negotiating collective bargaining agreements. Andrea’s background also includes leadership development, employment law and regulations, performance management, policy and handbook development, continuous improvement, and extensive payroll and benefits administration. She is also experienced in organizational change, including plant-closures, mergers, acquisitions, and reduction in force. She has coached and advised employees at all levels of an organization within public and private sectors.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives regarding leadership development for a global organization with successful passing of elaborate internal audits.
  • Lead a successful transition from a PEO and implemented new HR systems internally.
