Never, never be afraid to do what’s right, especially if the well-being of a person … is at stake. Society’s punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way."
Martin Luther King Jr.

Empathy for others is what drives Abby’s efforts to help leaders analyze problems and devise practical solutions that improve individual and corporate life. While she takes her work seriously, she also understands the value of humor for defusing the anger and fear that can arise when people confront change in the status quo. Over more than 18 years in various HR roles, she has seen how humor helps relax and refocus the mind on what is at stake and how best to meet the challenge.
